Target Control is a tool to assist a developer working with embedded Linux in working with target boards. It's principal author is Tim Bird, and it is in use at Sony Corporation by the Sony Linux Enhancement Department, and System Software group in Sony's Technology Development Group.

It is available free-of-charge under the GNU Public License.
